Eligible vehicles must be delivered and reported via the Vehicle Retail Delivery Reporting (RDR)system.
Submit claim through Hyundai Claim Center within VINS.
The following documentation must be submitted:
- Claim Center Coupon Form OR Incentive Worksheet
- Official Signed Purchase/Lease Agreement form. No Retail/Lease Buyer Orders willbe accepted. First Responders Incentive amount must be listed as a separate lineitem and be deducted from the customer agreed price on the purchase/leaseagreement or include Rebate Breakdown Form if rebate includes more than onerebate.
- Proof of Active First Responders
For Active Duty Personnel, the purchaser must provide one out of the following 3 documents:- Current Paystub
- Valid ID Cards showing they are a First Responder
- Copy of check issued to customer in the amount of the incentive if customer elects to havethe incentive paid directly to them and not applied to the purchase price of their vehicle.
